Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at wearxcloset@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

* Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
* Custom or personalized products
* Personal care items
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance/sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
